Who we are
curae is a joint venture between Aegis and cure8ai. cure8ai is a trading name and business unit of MAXFR LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 14556593. For data protection enquiries, contact hello@curae.work.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and, if we work together, administer the engagement.
- Engagement material. During a client engagement we handle business records you give us access to. That is governed by the engagement contract and a data processing agreement, not by this notice.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical information about requests, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
- No sale or sharing of your details with anyone for marketing.
- No use of your business data to train models. Enterprise terms with no-training provisions apply to every tool we deploy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which processes the request as part of delivering them. If you would rather avoid that entirely, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask and we will.
Lawful basis and retention
We process enquiry correspondence on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to you, and client data under contract. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Engagement material is retained for the period set out in the relevant contract.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@curae.work. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
