Prior programmes include an £11m recurring benefit case across a FTSE 100 airline's cargo and logistics operation, and £19m of recurring savings identified in a FTSE 250 manufacturer's enabling functions.

II — Why the pairing
Advisory that can build. Builders who can sit in the boardroom
An advisory firm that cannot build hands the work to someone else, and the recommendation drifts. A build shop without commercial diagnosis builds what it was asked for rather than what was needed. Neither half sells as well alone.
Curated, not comprehensive
We build the few things that move the numbers and cut the rest. A shorter recommendation list is usually the harder one to write.
Accountable to the outcome
Because we build what we recommend, an unrealistic roadmap becomes our problem in three months. That is a useful discipline.
III — The name
Id nobis curæ est
Latin: it is in our care. Cura is the root under care, curate, accurate and secure — and a Roman curator was the magistrate responsible for the upkeep of the roads and aqueducts. Infrastructure, in someone's keeping. The mark fuses the a and e into a single ligature: two firms, one letter.
